Making a Booking

You can check the dates Kakapo Cottage is available, enquire and make a direct booking using our real-time online booking system.  Our system has a secure server, to safely process payment by credit card.

Rates  

All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars ($NZ) per night.

• $160 for 2 people and $30 for each additional person per night.

• 2 night minimum stay

• For single night stays there is an additional charge of $30.

Please enquire for rates for  and for the Christmas/ New Year, Easter & Labour Weekend holiday periods.  

Terms and Conditions of Rental

• Payment in full at time of booking

• Check in time is 2pm, check out time is 10 am unless by prior arrangement with our Property Manager

• Guests may use sports equipment provided at their own risk.  

• Sports gear (Bikes, Kayak) is provided subject to availability.  Sometimes, due to repair or maintenance gear may not be available.

• We kindly request that guests clean Kakapo Cottage (excluding linen) prior to departure, so that it is left as found on arrival.

• Baby Gear available on request - almost all you would need available, please enquire

• Rates may vary from those published here due to Special Events or Public Holidays

Cancellation Policy

• Longer than 30 days of arrival date..................10% forfeit of total tariff

• 8 to 30 days of arrival date.............................. 33% forfeit of total tariff

• Within 7 days of arrival date..........................100% forfeit of total tariff.

• Cancellation due to local ferry or plane cancellation, full refund, less any transaction fees
